MSK Insight provides AI-powered musculoskeletal symptom checkers for healthcare clinics. The service includes a customisable patient-facing symptom checker, a clinic admin dashboard, and supporting tools.
MSK Insight is an educational and informational tool. It does not provide medical diagnoses, medical advice, or treatment recommendations. The symptom checker results are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional clinical assessment. Clinic owners are responsible for ensuring their patients understand this distinction.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account corresponds to one clinic.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may not use MSK Insight for purposes other than operating a legitimate healthcare clinic. You may not resell access, scrape content, or misrepresent the tool as providing medical diagnoses.
MSK Insight owns all rights to the platform, condition database, and recommendation content. Clinic owners retain rights to their own branding, logos, and clinic information.
MSK Insight is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for clinical decisions made based on symptom checker results. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
